Viva Excellence Terms of Service Agreement

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, together with the Privacy Policy Notice, form a legal agreement (the “Agreement “) between Viva Excellence (“You” or the “Registered User”) identified on the online registration page for the Services (the “Registration Page”).  Before accessing or using any part of the www.vivaexcellence.comwebsite, you should read carefully to the following terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement as they direct your access to and use of the Viva Excellence website, programs, services, tools and materials, or information. Viva Excellence is willing to license and allow the use of this website only on the condition that you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Term of Service, you are not granted permission to access or otherwise use the Viva Excellence website and are instructed to exit the Viva Excellence website immediately.

Scope of Service.Viva Excellence will provide information and services for upcoming conferences and seminars.

Price. Conferences, trainings, and seminar fees indicated on the Viva Excellence website may vary depending upon the type of program or service requested. Information is available at https://www.shop.vivaexcellence.com/main.sc. Viva Excellence will provide the scope and price for each certification and training listed on the website.

Registration. Delegates who are registering for the certification or training program can register on the Viva Excellence website at https://www.shop.vivaexcellence.com/main.sc

Cancellation by Client. All canceled registrations by the client must be canceled either via phone or via email. Client is entitled to a full refund if a cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the start of the training minus a $50 administrative processing fee plus the original credit card charge fee. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to the beginning date of the training are non-refundable. Ownership of Materials. Viva Excellence is the sole and exclusive owner and will retain all rights, title and interest in all work products to the client with respect to the training services provided including, without limitation, of all documents or any other form of materials. Client will not replicate, use, exhibit, perform, publish or distribute any materials without the express written consent of Viva Excellence. 

Use of Names and Marks. Client will not use the Viva Excellence name, abbreviation, symbols, Marks or any other form of reference, which may be interpreted to mean or affiliate, or connect with any oral or written advertising, promotions relating to Viva Excellence. 

Restrictions.You may not use, copy, store, reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell, modify, alter, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any data provided by Viva Excellence through the Viva Excellence website or materials provided in Viva Excellence trainings in any manner not expressly permitted by this Terms of Service. In addition, you may not modify, translate, compile, frame, disassemble, broadcast, remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels, license or otherwise use in any manner not expressly permitted on the Viva Excellence website.
